Melissa is originally from Canada and came to Florida to escape the cold. She studied at Embry Riddle and worked in many different industries as a writer and editor before coming to internet marketing. In her spare time, Melissa wrote three DIY books on gardening, screenwriting and navigating the insurance industry. She specializes in On-Page SEO and reheating day old coffee. If you see her without a coffee cup, move out of the way.

How do you explain your job to people who know very little about the Internet?

Melissa Samaroo

Most times I don’t tell people what I do because it’s difficult to know where to start. If necessary I go with the MOZ beginner’s guide of SEO that talks about robots and spiders.

Who is your favorite Internet celebrity?
